Product Use

• Products are for industrial/commercial use only.
• Operators must be trained and comply with local safety laws.
• Misuse (e.g., overloading, unauthorized modifications) voids warranties.

Purchases & Payments

• Prices: Listed in USD and subject to change. Taxes/shipping calculated at checkout.
• Payment: We accept major credit cards, bank transfers. Fraudulent orders will be canceled.
• Order Cancellation: Allowed within 24 hours of purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

• Timeline: 3-7 business days (domestic), 7-21 days (international). Delays due to customs/force majeure are not our responsibility.
• Risk of Loss: Transfers to you upon delivery.

Returns & Warranties

• Returns: Accepted within 30 days if unused/in original packaging. Customer pays return shipping.
• Warranties:
  • Mini-Crane/Loader/Transporter: 12-month parts warranty.
  • Servicer: 6-month warranty.
• Exclusions: Damage from misuse, normal wear, or unauthorized repairs.

Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, logos, images) is owned by RoboInc.
• Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the site for illegal purposes.
• Upload malicious content.
• Reverse-engineer our products.

Limitation of Liability

RoboInc is not liable for:

• Indirect damages (e.g., lost profits, downtime).
• Product misuse or third-party actions.
• Maximum liability: The purchase price of the product.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify RoboInc against claims arising from your product misuse or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for breaches of these Terms.

Governing Law
